We are a young and dynamic company and specialist in breeding and selling young sporthorses. We have always more than 40 horses in the stables with the best pedigrees. For over 25 years we have been breeding and selecting the best bloodlines of the world at our Studfarm The Smilde.
Our business objective is to produce good jumping and dressage horses with an excellent and pretty conformation and good movements. To prevent health problems, we breed only with stallions which are approved for, and conform the very stringent veterinary rules.
Descendants of our stallions can therefor jump at the highest levels or can be approved as stallions.
Also the mentality of the horses is very important to us. Horses need to have a pleasant disposition and must be willing to work. Our horses can be ridden by amateurs and professionals.
Having bred for many years with the above business objective in mind, we have produced horses of excellent quality and results at the highest levels in jumping, dressage and eventing.
Good is not good enough
